Processing Time:
MaeBespoke is dedicated to processing all orders as promptly as I can. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please note and allow additional time for shipments to remote locations and International orders.
These processing and shipping estimates are guidelines only and MaeBespoke cannot guarantee that the estimated time frames will be met, especially during busy periods.
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. MaeBespoke is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us. If we are informed after the package has been sent, we will do our best to contact the shipping carrier to have it re-routed. If the package is returned, the customer will have the option to re-pay for shipping to the correct address or receive a refund.
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are not included in the checkout total and are collected by the customs agency of the destination country at the time of delivery. MaeBespoke is not responsible for these fees.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING - Sendle:
- Free standard shipping within Australia.

Express shipping option is available for a flat rate of $10.00.
- AUD (3-5 business days, up to 7 business days for remote and regional areas).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Sendle:

Orders under $350.00(AUD): Shipping rate and delivery estimation are calculated at checkout.
- Orders $350.00(AUD) and over: Free standard international shipping
MaeBespoke aims to deliver your jewellery pieces in a timely and secure manner, however, the estimated delivery times provided by Australia Post and DHL International are subject to change and MaeBespoke is not responsible for any delays or lost packages.
